CDL DRIVERS

Our commercial vehicle operators ensure the timely delivery of Ready-Mix concrete products in a safe and courteous manner. Operators use a company commercial vehicle to load, mix and distribute products based on a customer’s specifications as well as carrying out the company’s expectations of customer service. Individual rate-of-pay will be based upon experience and determined in a face-to-face interview.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Class B CDL or higher
Clean Motor Vehicle Report
Current DOT medical certificate
Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screening

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs regularly
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
Perform regular preventative maintenance on vehicle such as cleaning and inspection.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

The operator will be expected to perform duties with a front-end loader and other such heavy equipment. These duties may include, but are not limited to, loading trucks, maintaining and cleaning up the yard site, and moving aggregates.

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years’ experience operating heavy equipment
Valid driver’s license
Willing to work flexible hours
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
